Comment: I hired someone else to do my roof and they f****** it up and never completed it and the section they did do was leaking. I had to have Virginia's come out and fix and finish it. Troy told me it would have been cheaper to just have him do it; but he saved me as much money as he could by reusing as much as he could from the other guys. I should have known something was fishy because the other roofers had me pull the building permit. I guess there's a lot of roofers running around but you have to be licensed and bonded to pull a building permit unless you're the homeowner. That's why they had me get the permit.

Comment: I had a fire and my insurance company recommended them. Great job, no issues. Thank goodness I used these guys because I was going to use someone else before my agent told me to call these guys. If I would have used who I was going to use, it wouldn't have been insurable because the other contractor wasn't licensed and bonded. Comment: Putting a roof on is expensive and if you're spending that kind of money on a roof you don't want someone that isn't licensed and bonded. Beware there are too many 'shady' contractors out there and you'll get what you pay for. For me, I went with these guys, and it's been a few months and I'm so glad I did. Never just hire someone because they gave you the lowest price. These guys are competitively priced and don't do shady work. I recommend them 100%.

Comment: No issues. There was more damage once they tore off the roof than they thought. Thank God they worked with the insurance and got an adjustment. My Agent said that a lot of guys would just not have fixed it like these guys did. I got a roof now that will last the rest of my life. My sister needs a root put on her garage; I'm going to recommend these guys.

Comment: Wanted some things cleaned up and a shed tore down. I'm getting too old to do this stuff. Not a big job, but they came over and took care of it. While they were here, I had a flat tire on my car. Steve took it off and took it to have it patched for me. He didn't even charge me, I just had to reimburse him for what the tire place charged to fix it. So, I bought him and his worker 'Doug' a pizza for lunch. A nice bunch of guys and reasonable. The owner stopped by and scolded me for feeding the help, he said they'd get spoiled and would now want lunch every day. He was joking of course, but he and my cousin hit it off as they talked about their Army days and what the Cubs will be doing this year. Comment: I hired ******* (redacted) and after 6 months I noticed mold and water leaking. I called these guys, and they were able to fix the leak. However, they told me the prior contractor did not install things correctly. Now I can't afford to have it fixed because I basically wasted all my money on those other clowns. Troy told me his patch won't last as the whole job wasn't properly done. I guess I'll just wait and see if I can make it by this year and have them redo it next year.

Comment: I hired another contractor to do my roof and that contractor messed it up. Troy came out and showed me just how screwed up things were. Unfortunately, they had to tear off everything the other contractor did, and this cost me a lot more than just having Troy do it to begin with. Live and learn, if you need roof work done then don't hire anyone else. Thank god they have payment options.

Comment: Used these guys a few times, never had any problems. They're probably one of the best in the area. They're often busy, so sometimes they have to schedule things, but I've never had any problems. If it's an emergency, they'll get right here like when my water heater stopped working.
